What is the cost of the security safe?
€ 2.5 per day plus a refundable deposit of € 6.
Do you have towels for the pool?
Yes, you can collect your towel at the reception, leaving a deposit of € 10.
Can I change the pool towel every day?
We recommend that you change the towel when it is dirty, if it is only wet, you can dry it on the clothesline on your terrace. We want to make responsible use of the soap and water used to wash towels and we ask for your cooperation in this.
Is there a daily cleaning and towel change service?
Your maid will do the daily cleaning of your room. We ask that you keep your personal items in the closet to facilitate your task and avoid having to move them around. The change of towels will be done when you put them down on the floor or in the shower. We want to make responsible use of the soap and water used to wash towels and we ask for your cooperation in this.
Is there a bathrobe in my room?
Clients who contract the Select or Wellness service have a bathrobe and slippers in their room, as well as the washbasin and shower towels that are found in all rooms.
What time does the pool open?
The pool opens at 9 in the morning.
What time does the pool close?
The pool closes at 8 pm
Can the sunbeds be reserved?
The reservation of sunbeds is not allowed. Our staff will remove those sunbeds towels that have not been used for half an hour
Is there a lifeguard?
There is lifeguard service in the summer season, normally from June to September
Is there access to the pool for people with physical disabilities?
We have a mechanical chair that can be used by our clients with physical functional diversity with the help of the lifeguard
What brands of drinks are included in the all inclusive?
There is a drink and cocktail menu in the cafeteria. They include soft drinks, draft beer, coffee and infusions, spirits of local brand and some national brand, cocktails with and without alcohol.
Can I have a voucher for drinks that are not included in the all-inclusive?
Our clients can pay for their drinks directly at the cafeteria at the time of consumption or they can also leave a credit at reception for use during their stay.
Is there a Spa?
We have a Wellness Center and a Finnish Sauna. At the Hotel Sandos Monaco we have a Spa where you can enjoy the same prices as Sandos clients.
Is the gym free?
Use of the gym is free.
At what time can I enter my room on the day of arrival?
The key delivery time for your room is at 16:00 p.m.
Can I enter my room the day of arrival before the official time?
Subject to availability, if your room is ready before the official time we will give you the key.
What time do I have to leave my room on the day of departure?
The departure time from your room is at 11:00.
Can I stay later in my room on the day of departure?
Upon request 2 days prior to your departure day, you can request the prices and hours of the extension of use of your room and depending on availability you can enjoy this service.

What are the new beverage packages?
- Suites Drinks Package: includes all local drinks in the bars as well as the drink in the buffet dinners. Check package prices with our call center. This package is individual, personal and non-transferable to another person.
- Upgrade Select Junior Suite: Upgrade your stay in the Select Junior Suite room, for people over 16 years old, with which you will have included all local drinks in the bars of the establishment as well as drinks in the buffet dinners, and also access to the Select room where you will have Premium drinks and snacks during the day. In addition to this, you will get a series of values in the room such as the safe, capsule coffee maker, daily cover, one entrance to the Sandos Monaco SPA for every 7 nights of stay, and a 15% discount on wellness treatments and snacks. Should you not want to add this upgrade now, you can buy the Select Drinks Package directly at reception. Check package prices with our call center.
- If you prefer to buy a consumer credit, you can opt for the Consumer Voucher to use in the establishment, based on the consumption you think you will have during your stay. It can be used both for drinks and food in the bars at Sandos Benidorm Suites. The higher the credit you buy, the greater the discount on what you consume.

What time does the cafeteria open?
The cafeteria opens at 9.30.
At what time can I use the all-inclusive on the day of arrival?
Use of the all-inclusive service starts at 12 am on the day of arrival.
What time does the cafeteria close?
The cafeteria has an all-inclusive service until midnight. From this time, all drinks are charged until closing time, which is usually at 1 in the morning.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast hours are from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
What time is the food served?
Lunch hours are from 13 to 15.
What time is dinner served?
Dinner hours in winter season are from 7.15pm to 9.30pm and in summer season from 7.30pm to 9.45pm.
What days is the à la carte restaurant open?
Normally open 5 days a week, check with reception for the days as they may vary depending on the season.
Is the a la carte restaurant open at noon?
It is only open during dinner hours.
Do I need to make a reservation to go to the à la carte restaurant?
Yes, you can make the reservation at reception at least 24 hours in advance.
How many times can I use the à la carte restaurant?
You have 1 dinner for every five nights of all-inclusive stay with us. At reception they will indicate the number of dinners on the day of arrival.
Do I have the right to use the à la carte restaurant if I have half board?
Dinner service for half-board stays will take place in the buffet restaurant. You can pay for this service and change a dinner from your diet to caterer to enjoy the à la carte restaurant.
Are there snacks?
Yes, at certain times between the main meals they have snacks.
What hours are snacks served?
Hours may vary depending on the season. In winter season it is usually from 11 to 13, from 16 to 18 and from 22 to 23.30. In summer season it is usually from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.
Where are the snacks served?
There are several designated areas to serve snacks and it varies according to the season, they are usually served at the Rolling’s Bar in winter season and at La Bamba Snack Bar in summer season.
Are snacks included if I have half board?
Our clients on half board can buy their snacks in the cafeterias, where they will find a menu with the products offered and their price.
Is there a miniclub?
We have 2 game rooms for children and adolescents, with activities supervised by our entertainment team at some times and the rest of the time minors must always be supervised by their parents

There are daytime and evening entertainment activities throughout the year
Is there animation for children all year round?
Entertainment activities for children (from 4 to 17 years old) take place during the school holidays: Easter, Summer (July and August), Christmas and official bridges
