To receive the entirety of this deal, reservations must be booked between July 17th and August 31th, 2025, and must be made directly with our Call Center or at Sandos.com. The traveling dates available at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Water Park, Sandos Cancun, Sandos Finisterra, and Sandos Playacar are between July 17th, 2025, and December 31st, 2026. The promotion is valid for a limited time and available only for the properties mentioned above. Maximum discount applicable on certain dates. Not combinable with other promotions.

In the “Win a Stay” section, Sandos Hotels & Resorts is holding a prize draw in which five free stays will be awarded to the selected winners.
Participation
All bookings made between July 17 and July 31, 2025, will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
The promotion applies to any room category at all Sandos properties located in Mexico.
To be eligible, the reservation must have been made under a non-refundable rate.
Selection and Announcement of Winners
The five winners will be selected at random using an online raffle platform.
The official announcement of the winners will be made on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, through the official communication channels of Sandos Hotels & Resorts.
Refund
The prize will consist of a maximun refund of up to $2,000.00 USD of the value of the winner's stay.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 30 business days after the validation of each winner.
Claiming the Prize
Winners will have 15 calendar days from the official notification to claim their prize.
If the prize is not claimed within the established period, it will be considered invalid.
General Considerations
The promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for other services.
