To receive the entirety of this deal, reservations must be booked between July 17th and August 31th, 2025, and must be made directly with our Call Center or at Sandos.com. The traveling dates available at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Water Park, Sandos Cancun, Sandos Finisterra, and Sandos Playacar are between July 17th, 2025, and December 31st, 2026. In the “Win a Stay” section, Sandos Hotels & Resorts is holding a prize draw in which five free stays will be awarded to the selected winners.
Participation
All reservations made between July 17 and July 31, 2025, are automatically entered.
The promotion applies to any room category at all Sandos properties located in Mexico.
To be eligible, the reservation must have been made under the non-refundable rate.
Selection and Announcement of Winners
The five people will be selected at random using an online selection platform.
The official announcement of the winners will be made on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, through the official communication channels of Sandos Hotels & Resorts.
Refund
The promotion will consist of a maximum refund of up to $2,000.00 USD of the value of the winner's stay.
The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 30 business days after the validation of each winner.
Claiming the Promotion
Winners will have a period of 15 calendar days from the official notification to claim the promotion.
If not claimed within the established period, the promotion will be considered invalid
