To validate this promotion, you must book directly with our call center or at sandos.com between October 17 and October 26, 2025. Travel dates available at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort, Sandos Cancun, Sandos Playacar, and Sandos Finisterra between October 18, 2025, and December 31, 2026. Promotion valid for a limited time and available only at the properties mentioned. Maximum discount applicable on certain dates. Not combinable with other promotions.  

Receive up to an additional 10% discount by becoming a member of our Sandos4U loyalty program. New and Blue level members receive an additional 5% discount, while Gold level members receive an additional 10% discount. To apply this benefit, you must be registered in the program before completing your reservation.  

To receive the $550 USD Resort Credit, you must book using the promotional code SANDOSW1025. One voucher per reservation will be given at check-in. Vouchers can only be used during your stay. Not applicable to groups.  

*The promotion “2 kids stay free” applies exclusively to children under 12 years of age. Promotion valid only at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort. Children over the aforementioned age count as adults and do not participate in the promotion. Travel dates available from March 1 to October 29, 2026. May be limited to certain room categories. ** The room category upgrade applies only to reservations with a minimum of 3 consecutive nights and is subject to availability at the time of check-in. It does not apply to certain room categories and is not guaranteed in advance.  

***The included transportation applies only to reservations with a minimum of 5 consecutive nights and corresponds to one trip from the airport to the hotel. At Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, Sandos Playacar, and Sandos Cancun hotels, the service covers transportation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the hotel. In the case of Sandos Finisterra, the included transportation applies to one trip from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to the hotel. It is non-transferable.  

The promotion does not apply to the following room categories: Riviera Family, Select Suite, Hacienda Junior Suite, Hacienda Royal Elite, Deluxe, Deluxe Balcony, Eco Family Superior, and Marina View.

The interest-free months option applies exclusively Sandos Finisterra property and  to participating credit cards issued by selected banks in Mexico. The number of months available, minimum purchase amount, and specific conditions may vary depending on the banking institution. This promotion is valid only for direct reservations made through the official channels of Sandos Hotels & Resorts Mexico during the established sales period and cannot be combined with other forms of financing, discounts, or promotions, unless expressly indicated in the offer.
