Beach Gazebo

 ABOUT THIS LOCATION

  • Ideal for: Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception.
  • Capacity: Up to a 80 people.
  • Ground: Powdery white sand.
     

 WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Located in front of Los Lirios restaurant which houses the disco (opens at 11 pm) and the rooftop terrace.
  • The gazebo’s unique design provides shade for you and your guests, which is specially great if your ceremony is earlier in the day. 
  • Ceremonies can be performed at 11am, 1/2 pm, or 4/5 pm. 
  • The beach is available for private events until 11 pm, except during turtle nesting season (May-Oct.) until 9 pm. 
  • The beach location is included in the Seaside Bliss wedding package and can be added on to any other wedding package for USD 350 (government fee for beach events).


OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Go barefoot (no heels); you are on the sand.
  • Optional add-ons which will make your party more fun: dancefloor (different sizes and types available from wood, vinyl, LED, and more...), decorative lighting eg. string lights, and tiki torches (ambient lighting is included). Our team will be happy to quote and make suggestions.

Cenote Cristalino

ABOUT THIS LOCATION

  • Ideal for: Ceremony, cocktail hour.
  • Capacity: Up to 70 people.
  • Ground: Wood floor.

 
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Located in the center of the resort, surrounded by lush tropical plants.
  • Ceremonies can be performed at 11am, 1/2 pm or 4/5 pm.
  • The cenote is available for private events until 7 pm.


OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Optional add-ons which will make your ceremony more memorable: Mayan drums or a spiritual Mayan ceremony performed by a shaman; white flowers will pop agains the background of green leaves and the cenote – our team will be happy to quote and make suggestions.

Rooftop Terrace

ABOUT THIS LOCATION

  • Ideal for: Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception.
  • Capacity: Up to a 100 people.
  • Ground: Solid (tiles).


WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Ceremonies can be performed at 4/5 pm.
  • The terrace is available for private events until 11 pm. 
  • The terrace is located right behind the beach gazebo and on top of the disco, so it’s very easy to keep a flow in your events and keep the party going after 11 pm at the resort disco.
  • The terrace features a beautiful rectangular fountain in the middle which lights up at night.


OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

  •  Choosing the beach for your cocktail hour after the terrace ceremony will give our team time to change the setup to reception setup, plus you will have your loved ones close for pictures on the beach. 
  • Optional add-ons which will make your party more fun: dancefloor (different sizes and types available from wood, vinyl, LED,…); decorative lighting eg. string lights,… (ambient lighting is included) – our team will be happy to quote and make suggestions.

Mapache Deck

ABOUT THIS LOCATION

  • Ideal for: Cocktail hour, reception.
  • Capacity: Up to 50 people.
  • Ground: Wooden boards.


WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • The mapache deck is available for private events until 11pm.
  • The mapache deck is hidden away and located right next to a beautiful cenote/river which makes it a very intimate and beautiful spot for smaller events.
  • Rustic/wooden set up and decor paired with a light color palate is by far our favourite decor upgrade for this location – our team will be happy to quote and make suggestions.

LA CEIBA - KAPOK TREE

ABOUT THIS LOCATION

  • Ideal for: Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception.
  • Capacity: Up to 100 people.
  • Ground: Earthen Floor.


WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • The Ceiba is a big kapok tree which is considered sacred in Mayan culture because it connects heaven, earth and the underworld. This is a beautiful natural and meaningful backdrop for your ceremony.
  • The Ceiba is available for private events until 11 pm (except on Saturday until 5 pm max which is when our Mayan “Fire of Life” show takes place at the resort). 
  • The area is located at the very back of the resort in our jungly Xcalacoco area. Please make your guests aware that approx. 10 minutes of walking is involved. 
  • The reception area is very spacious and is a great location for up to 300 people. Keep in mind though that our largest backup location has a capacity of 100 people, so if your guest count is expected to go higher you will need to consider to rent a tent.
