To complete the redemption, the guest must register the reservation corresponding to their current stay in the “My Reservations” section of the portal and ensure that the reservation status is “Check-in”. Once this requirement is met, the gift may be redeemed from the “Catalog” tab.
After completing the redemption process, the guest must visit the Concierge team to collect the voucher and finalize the request.
The complementary gift is valid for one time per reservation number. Requests must be made no later than 24 hours before check-out; otherwise, the gift will be subject to availability.
