Yes it has parking. The price is 15 euros per day and 90 euros per week.

We do have a free towel service, upon payment of a deposit of 10 euros. This deposit is returned when the customer returns the towel.

The sunbeds by the pool, can they be reserved?

Sunbeds cannot be reserved.

Can people who are not staying use the outdoor pool?

The outdoor pool is for the exclusive use of guests

Yes, they have three beds.

Do you have laundry service?

Yes, we have the service. With a maximum of 48 hours you will have the garment washed.

You can ask for it at the reception. It is a free service upon payment of a deposit of 20 euros.

Is there a kettle for tea / coffee in the rooms?

Yes, all the rooms have Kettle and coffee, tea and infusions. 

Do you have adapted rooms?

Yes, we have adapted rooms. They must indicate it in their reservation. They are under request 

Do the rooms have a shower?

The rooms have a bathtub but we also have units with a shower. 

Do the rooms have air conditioning all year round?

The air conditioning is connected all year round either in cold or heat mode depending on the season. 

Is the minibar included?

The mini bar is not included. You can buy your min bar package at reception. You can choose between an alcohol pack, a non-alcoholic pack and a healthy pack.

Do you have a Suite? What is the price?

The hotel has a suite with a Jacuzzi. You should check its price and availability at the hotel reception.

Do the rooms have a double bed or single beds?

The hotel has single and double beds. Let us know your preference when booking.

Can I order a picnic if I'm not going to be at the hotel one day?

For sanitary reasons, take out picnics are not served.

Can you buy tickets at the hotel reception for the theme parks and various performances in Benidorm?

Yes, you can choose from a wide variety of activities that are organized in Benidorm. Ask at the hotel reception or our "Customer Service".
