How do I get to the hotel?

When leaving Cancun International Airport, you must take the Cancun-Tulum / Mexico 307 Highway for 39.01 miles and then turn left at the second entrance of the Playacar complex. Along the way, you’ll see multiple signs indicating the right direction. Once inside the Playacar complex, keep straight along the main road and take a right at the first roundabout. Head down this road and you will find the hotel on your right.

 

 

Does the All Inclusive package include transportation?

Our hotel does have a transportation service; however, this has an additional cost and is made through the Seek N Go agency. Reserve by sending an email to [email protected] or call the following numbers:

  • How can I go to downtown Playa del Carmen from the hotel?

    You can request a taxi from your room; the approximate cost is $9.00 USD. We remind you that this service is external to the hotel.

    A great option is to request a bike from our Entertainment Staff. We have the bike station behind the stage of the Gran Plaza. They will provide you with a chain and lock to park it by 10th Avenue, and this service is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    If you decide to walk, take your right from the hotel into the Playacar complex. It's a two-mile walk, but you will have a fresh breeze and some small ruins to explore.

    If I'm at Sandos Playacar, can I visit Sandos Caracol?

    Yes. If you are staying at Sandos Playacar, you can visit Sandos Caracol and enjoy your all inclusive plan from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.

    Does Uber exist in Playa del Carmen?

    No, Uber service is not provided in Playa del Carmen, nor in the entire state of Quintana Roo.
