What are the hours of operation in the spa? 

The spa is open every day from 9 am to 6 pm.

 

What time should I arrive at the spa?

It is required that you show up for your treatment at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow you plenty of time to check-in, change, and store your belongings. If you would like to use the hydrotherapy circuit before your treatment, you must arrive at least 50 min in advance. Any delay will affect the time of your service and could lead to extra charges. What kind of clothes should we wear to go to Spa?

When entering, you must wear at least a bathing suit and sandals. Body treatments are customarily done without clothing, but we want you to enjoy your treatment in the most comfortable way. Do minors have access to the spa? 

The Spa and Beauty Room services are available for all ages, but a parent or guardian must accompany those under 18 years of age. The use of the hydrotherapy area is limited to people over 18 years of age.

 

What are the hours of operation for the gym?

The gym is open every day from 9 am to 6 pm. The gym is closed one hour a day for the cleaning and disinfection protocol. 



Can we access the gym?

To reduce and control the number of users in the facilities, access to the gym is available with prior reservation able to be made at the spa reception. 

It is essential to wear appropriate clothing (shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes) when using the gym facilities; sandals or low-cut shoes are not allowed.

 

What is the cost of hydrotherapy?

The cost of hydrotherapy is 40 USD for one hour.

 

Do I have to make a reservation for the hydrotherapy Circuit?

For the use of the hydrotherapy circuit, you must reserve at least one day in advance. Each guest can enjoy one hour in the circuit, and the Steam and/or Sauna is a maximum time of 15 min per person, respecting the use of one person at the time.

*Hydrotherapy sessions are not recommended during pregnancy because alterations in pressure may affect the baby.

 

Do you offer massages to minors?

What are the cancellation and no show policies? 

Any cancellation made 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a full refund. Cancellations made 4 hours before will result in a 50% penalty cost charged. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before will result in a complete charge of the service. 

 

What is the policy for the use of jewelry and valuables?

Sandos Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for valuables left or damaged in the locker room or any other area of ​​the gym or spa; we recommend that you leave your valuables in the safe in your room.

 

Do you accept cash payments?

Cash payments are only accepted at the hotel reception. You can charge your spa and beauty services to your room bill, or pay by card; we accept all major credit cards.

 

What technique is used in the Sandos Special massage?

Our 80-minute Sandos Special is a fusion of different therapies, such as acupressure, stretching, and foot reflexology, combined with a relaxing massage designed to restore energy and well-being.
