Il Piemonte Buffet

Il Piemonte is located behind the Grand Buffet Festival. When you walk down the main avenue in SANDOS Beach, take a right at the fountain and walk up the stairs to be greeted by our hostess, who will escort you to your table.

Food at Il Piemonte is freshly prepared by Chef Briseño Medina. Try our large selection of antipasti, grilled vegetables, cheeses, salads, pizzas and much more.

Adults will love the well-prepared carpaccios and salads, while children can eat as much pizza as they like! Six different kinds are available at Il Piemonte Italian Buffet. You can also request your own special pizza:  tell our chefs what toppings you want... into the oven, and it’s ready!

What about freshly made pasta? The pasta prepared daily in our kitchens has a completely different texture and is more flavorful than normal dried pasta. At the pasta station, ask them to make you “Paglia e Fieno”… literally translated into English, it means “straw and hay.” Egg pasta is mixed with spinach pasta, and then added to a sauce made of cream, onions, ham and Parmesan. Don't forget to add some pepper!
